What if I need to return my item?

Good news! To give you total piece of mind, we offer free 30 day returns. Simply contact us to organise a return and refund.

Can I pick up from a local store?

Yes, you can pick up from our Chermside cafe and store at Alter Community Coffee Chermside (240 Hamilton Rd, Chermside). Purchase online and select "pick up" and we will pack your order and send you a notification when it is ready for pick up.

 

Are all your clothes ethically made?

Yes! We work with Australian importers who vet each manufacturer to ensure that they meet ethical standards of fair wages, good working conditions, a transparent supply chain and are limiting environmental impact. 

Some of our products are also made from organic cotton, which means that they are free from nasty chemicals and pesticides. Organic cotton protects farmers and their families, the environment, and you as you wear these products. You'll see organic cotton labelled on our products made from this material.

 

How can I find out how much money has been donated for each campaign?
