We are a local Australian brand making ethical apparel for adventurous people.

About our clothing

Ethical clothing made with care

We only use garments from manufacturers who have a commitment to ethical values - fair wages, good working conditions and sustainable processes.

We use a range of suppliers who each have ethical accreditations. You can browse each individual product for more information on that garment.

On top of this, some of our range is made from organic cotton. Organic cotton is safer for you, healthier for the environment, and better for farmers and their families, preventing exposure to toxic pesticides and fertiliser poison in waterways and village drinking holes.

What we look for in a supplier

We use a number of suppliers to make our clothes.

Each has slightly different accreditations, and you can find out more through each product description page. However, these are the overarching values of our whole range.

Transparent supply chains

Manufacturers are transparent about their supply chains and processes, and willing to continually improve.

Fair work conditions

Workers are paid a fair wage and given safe and clean working conditions

Quality products

Garments are made with care and attention to quality, made for long-term durability (not fast fashion!)

Sustainability

Manufacturers are working towards minimising the environmental impact of their services

ALTER (verb):

to change something in a small but significant way.

Global Good Projects

We also believe in the power of small choices to make significant change. This is why $1 from every product sold contributes to our latest Global Good Project.

While this may seem small, when added together, these contributions make real change for real people and real communities.
