Refund policy

If you're not 100% happy with your order, we'd love to help you return your items within 30 days.

We just need your items to be in the same condition you received them (unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging) so it can be enjoyed by the next person.

To start a return...

  1. Contact our friendly team at hello@alter.community
  2. We will give you the return address details for you to ship your item back to us. We recommend using the same satchel you received it in, although you will need to purchase a new shipping label from your local post office.
  3. Once we receive your item in as new condition, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. 

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as coffee) and personal care goods (such as skincare products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
